When you send an email through KineMaster, you will receive an automated reply with a six-digit support ticket number. Please keep that email for your reference until your problem is resolved.
KineMaster Support is in the office Monday to Friday during regular office hours, GMT +9 (Seoul, South Korea). If you send in a help request on the weekend, your problem will get answered in the order it came in.
KineMaster’s customer support and tech support team has native speakers of many different languages, including English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, Japanese, Indonesian, Thai, Arabic, and Hindi. Our staff uses Google Translate for requests sent in other languages. Please explain the problem you have as clearly as possible, and include screenshots if you think that will help, to avoid translation issues.
